Versatile versions and cable management – To provide easy, individual and safe working, as well as ergonomics at the workplace, the new height-adjustable, support arm flexion-port is already available as standard in lengths of 300, 400 and 600 mm, as well as two selectable payloads of 3-10 kg and 8-14 kg. Simultaneously, with a maximum adjustable range of 919 mm (height) and reach of up to 946 mm, flexion-port also covers a large radius of action. Mounting on an optional available pivoting arm also provides a further plus to the support range (up to max. 1096 mm), easier operation and freedom of movement. Large volume click-on cable ducts makes it possible to accept data and mains lines in the interior of the height-adjustable support arm and optional pivoting arm available.

Thereby, not only large lead-in and lead-out radii protect the sensitive cables from damage in continuous operation. However, using a simple click function, in the event of initial and subsequent installations quick access to the cable, protection and safe routing is ensured. Furthermore, an asset for protection is provided by a flexible hygienic hose, available as an option, which accepts all cables using a simple connection mechanism, protects from contamination and is also located internally in the support arm.

Due to a gas spring strut, the support arm system is not only always maintained suspended, but can easily be locked in each required position using an ergonomic operating handle ("braking function"). Thus, the highest safety and extensive convenience is ensured, e.g. especially during installation or replacing units.

Similar operation can also be observed in combination with an additional attached pivoting arm: here, its own locking lever, on the underside of the pivot joint, provides an infinitely variable mechanical friction setting and, thereby, provides a fixable position for transportation, e.g. for mobile applications. 

flexion-port offers all the prerequisites for a wide range of different applications. The variable height support system provides a range of different adapters to offer an appropriate solution for attachment to an existing infrastructure, e.g to vertical and horizontal standard runners, manufacturer-specific standards, poles or for mounting on the support column or on the vertical extrusion of different ITD equipment-carts.

The modularity of the variable height carrier system flexion-port enables it to be adapted at any time to each individual work environment with the addition of numerous system components and accessory components, e. g. rotatable posts or protective covers. So, flexion-port is highly adaptable to continuously changing requirements and developments and allows also highly flexible application..
