ITD GmbH at Medica – Good communication with visitors

ITD GmbH had a successful time at this year’s Medica – the world’s biggest medical trade fair – with very positive feedback from visitors to the stand. “The personnel on the stand talked to lots of specialist visitors, continuously providing information, right from the launch of the exhibition to the closing signal on Saturday evening”, was the very positive conclusion drawn by Alfons Brummer, Head of Sales at ITD GmbH, on what is also the most important trade fair for the Bavarian company. “Over a period of four days, we gave answers to all the questions we received and we paid close attention to all the new requirements and needs expressed by our customers. We also listened to their views on how the market was likely to develop. This provided us with important information on what refinements and adjustments we need to make in the future,” continued Brummer.

ITD innovations at Medica 2009

ITD GmbH presented an array of highlights at their exhibition stand covering more than 60 square metres. The new Online Product Configurator can be accessed immediately by going to www.itd-cart.com/configurator and this allows customers to configure their individual mobile or stationary equipment carriers independently and online from the extensive range of standard products. This innovation proved to be a highlight and was a focus for a great deal of discussion. The re-engineered base for the uni-cart mobile equipment carrier can now accommodate a payload of up to 65 kg and provided another focal point alongside the ergonomic concepts incorporated in the ITD products including the optimized mechanical and electrical height adjustment mechanisms integrated in the uni-cart and pro-cart mobile equipment carriers and the modul-port stationary carrier system.
