Founded in 1995 as a medium-sized company, iTD has been part of TouchPoint Inc. since 2012, a privately owned company with a focus on technology and manufacturing. TouchPoint has stood for stable and long-term growth for over 120 years.

Multix as part of the iTD Group
The Italian medical cart manufacturer MULTIX SOLUTIONS s.r.l. has been established in the market for over 15 years and became part of the iTD Group in 2025. The partnership strategically expands the existing portfolio with platform-based solutions featuring Italian design and opens up additional application areas as well as new markets, particularly where flexible, design-oriented, and cost-efficient solutions are required.
Multix develops products based on a hybrid approach: standardized platforms are specifically adapted to the customer’s device and application. The solutions are primarily used in areas such as ECG, ultrasound, ventilation, as well as IT and workstation carts.
The partnership combines the agility of platform-based concepts with the established structures of the iTD Group and thereby expands the solution offering for customers, delivering the highest quality standards from a single source with global availability.
