Our expectation

  • Completed technical degree or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an industrial or medical technology environment
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methods and tools
  • Confident manner and strong communication skills when dealing with interdisciplinary and international teams
  • Very good English skills

Your responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects
  • Defining goals, milestones, resources, and budgets in consultation with management and specialist departments
  • Leading interdisciplinary project teams without disciplinary responsibility
  • Management of technical and organizational communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on site and worldwide
  • Coordination with purchasing/ sourcing for inquiries about new/modified components (costs, feasibility, delivery times)
  • Moderating project meetings, reviews, and decision-making rounds; ensuring transparent communication and clear decisions
  • Integrating regulatory, normative, and customer-specific requirements into the project process in close coordination with development and quality assurance
  • Early detection and assessment of project risks and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
  • Close cooperation with sales and product management in the evaluation of customer requirements, variants, and NREs
  • Ensuring smooth project completion, including lessons
