Relocation of the ITD Corporation
As we approach the end of the 2nd quarter, we want to update you on the schedule regarding our upcoming relocation. The current plan has shut down our operations in Naugatuck, CT on May 8th. The move of our raw materials, equipment and finished goods inventory has started immediately following the shutdown. We expect the shutdown to last approximately 4 weeks, at which time production will begin at our new facility in Odessa, FL.
As we work through this transfer, we certainly appreciate the importance of delivering carts to you in a timely manner. Our intention is to make the move to Florida as transparent as possible. We are committed to honoring our standard 12-week lead time for all orders placed during this period and we will do everything we can to deliver carts as expected. Your patience and understanding are appreciated during our relocation.
